Senior level managers with accountability for leadership of one or more important functional areas, organizational processes and/or disciplines which strongly contribute to the establishment and achievement of the mission and vision; create policy for their respective areas and for the IRC, and through their actions determine the strategic direction of the organization with a focus on flexibility and responsiveness |
